Return Policy Made Easy!

Returning a product? We've got you covered with our hassle-free process. Just keep these guidelines in mind to ensure a smooth return experience:

Keep it fresh: To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and flaw-free. Fashion items can be tried on for fit, but they should still be considered unworn. If the product doesn't meet these criteria, we may need to send it back your way.

Complete the package: Make sure to include all the original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories that came with the product. It's the little things that count!

Protect the package: Return the product in its original, undamaged manufacturer packaging or box. If it arrived with a second layer of Daraz packaging, please send it back in the same condition with the return shipping label attached. Remember, no tape or stickers on the manufacturer's box.

Ace the form: When returning the item at our hub, grab a Daraz Return Acknowledgment Form and fill it out yourself. Keep one copy for your records, and we'll keep the other for ours. Easy peasy!

Note: Don't forget to indicate the order number and return tracking number on the package. This ensures a smooth and speedy return process, without any unnecessary delays.
